Our Event Space is a welcoming, flexible area designed to bring people together for gatherings that inspire connection, creativity, and community. With room to comfortably host up to 75 guests (depending on setup), the space can be arranged for workshops, panels, receptions, trainings, or community celebrations. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, audio/visual equipment, tables and chairs, and the Hub’s kitchen and common areas for light refreshments or breakout conversations. The environment is bright, comfortable, and intentionally designed to support mission-driven organizations and changemakers. Whether you’re hosting an intimate strategy session or a lively community celebration, the Hub’s Event Space offers the perfect backdrop for meaningful connection. We’re also accessible by SEPTA Regional Rail (Mt. Airy Station) and several bus routes. Entry Guests can enter Just Strategies Hub through the main front door at 6700 Germantown Avenue. Look for the sign at the front of the building. If the door is locked, use the buzzer labeled “Just Strategies Hub” and someone will let you in. There are a few stairs at the entrance leading to the space. Once inside, you’ll find the Hub on the main level just beyond the entryway.
Cancellation Policy
Community Standards & Values The Hub is grounded in equity, respect, collaboration, and community care. All users are expected to: Use the space in ways aligned with the Hub’s mission and values Treat staff, members, neighbors, and the space with respect Follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions Guest & Conduct Policy Guests must be registered in advance or accompanied by a member Members and renters are responsible for their guests’ conduct Excessive noise, unsafe behavior, or disruption is not permitted Accessibility Notice Please note: The Just Strategies Hub is located on a lower level and is not ADA-compliant. Users are responsible for assessing accessibility needs prior to booking or membership. Use Guidelines Outside food and catering are permitted Alcohol is permitted only with prior written approval Events must comply with neighborhood noise expectations The Client is responsible for supervising all guests Proof of event insurance may be required at the discretion of Just Strategies Payments, Deposits & Refunds A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure all space rentals The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event Cancellation Policy One-time rentals: Full refund of remaining balance (deposit excluded) with at least 48 hours’ notice Recurring rentals: Cancellations require at least 5 business days’ notice Cancellations made outside these windows may result in full or partial charges Setup, Cleanup & Care of Space Renters must include one hour before and one hour after the event for setup and cleanup All furniture, equipment, and supplies must be returned to their original configuration Additional cleaning, damage, or excessive wear may result in additional fees Equipment & Shared Resources High-speed Wi-Fi included Scanner and limited printer access available on a fair-use basis Kitchenette use is permitted; users must clean and remove food items after use Liability & Health & Safety Use of the Hub is at the user’s own risk Just Strategies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items Users should not enter the space if ill or posing a health risk to others Right of Refusal Just Strategies reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership, bookings, or access at its sole discretion, including but not limited to concerns related to safety, conduct, policy violations, or misalignment with Hub values.
