Just Strategies Hub Policy & Booking Guidelines

Effective Date: December 18, 2025

The Just Strategies Hub (“the Hub”) is a shared co-working and event space designed to support mission-driven individuals and organizations. These policies are intended to foster a welcoming, respectful environment while protecting the safety, sustainability, and values of the Hub.


By using the Hub, all members, renters, and guests agree to the following policies.

1. Community Standards & Values
The Hub is grounded in equity, respect, collaboration, and community care. All users are expected to:

  • Use the space in ways aligned with the Hub’s mission and values

  • Treat staff, members, neighbors, and the space with respect

  • Follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions

Just Strategies reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to the Hub at its discretion if these standards are not met.

 

2. Accessibility Notice
Please note: The Just Strategies Hub is located on a lower level and is not ADA-compliant.
Users are responsible for assessing accessibility needs prior to booking or membership.

 

3. Hours of Operation
Standard Co-Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Extended Access

  • Evening and weekend access may be available for approved members, partners, or events with prior approval from the Just Strategies team.

 

4. Free Trial Co-Working Policy

  • One complimentary trial day per individual

  • Available during standard business hours only

  • Trial use does not guarantee membership

  • All Hub policies apply during trial use

 

5. Co-Working Membership Options
A. Open Desk Monthly Membership

  • Shared, unassigned seating

  • Access during standard business hours

  • Members must clear their workspace at the end of each day

  • Calls should be taken in designated areas

  • Members are expected to maintain a clean, respectful environment

B. Dedicated Desk Membership (Limited Availability)

  • Reserved desk and locked storage

  • Ability to leave monitors and materials onsite

  • Address use and mail delivery service (subject to Hub mail policy)

  • Extended access (evenings/weekends) subject to approval

C. Drop-In Co-Working

  • Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Advance booking and payment required

  • Drop-in use is distinct from the free trial offering

 

6. Guest & Conduct Policy

  • Guests must be registered in advance or accompanied by a member

  • Members and renters are responsible for their guests’ conduct

  • Excessive noise, unsafe behavior, or disruption is not permitted

 

7. Conference Room Booking Policy

  • Capacity: 8 seated at the table (12 maximum)

  • All bookings must include setup and cleanup time

  • Users must return the room to its original condition

  • Late departures may incur additional charges

 

8. Event & Space Rental Policy
Space Capacity

  • Approximately 2,800 sq ft total

  • Up to 75 guests for standing or mixed-use events

  • Rental Time Blocks

  • Weekdays: 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

  • Weekends: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

  • Additional hours may be approved on a case-by-case basis

Use Guidelines

  • Outside food and catering are permitted

  • Alcohol is permitted only with prior written approval

  • Events must comply with neighborhood noise expectations

  • The Client is responsible for supervising all guests

  • Proof of event insurance may be required at the discretion of Just Strategies

9. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure all space rentals

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event

Cancellation Policy

  • One-time rentals: Full refund of remaining balance (deposit excluded) with at least 48 hours’ notice

  • Recurring rentals: Cancellations require at least 5 business days’ notice

  • Cancellations made outside these windows may result in full or partial charges

10. Setup, Cleanup & Care of Space

  • Renters must include one hour before and one hour after the event for setup and cleanup

  • All furniture, equipment, and supplies must be returned to their original configuration

  • Additional cleaning, damage, or excessive wear may result in additional fees

11. Equipment & Shared Resources

  • High-speed Wi-Fi included

  • Scanner and limited printer access available on a fair-use basis

  • Kitchenette use is permitted; users must clean and remove food items after use

12. Liability & Health & Safety

  • Use of the Hub is at the user’s own risk

  • Just Strategies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

  • Users should not enter the space if ill or posing a health risk to others

 

13. Right of Refusal
Just Strategies reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership, bookings, or access at its sole discretion, including but not limited to concerns related to safety, conduct, policy violations, or misalignment with Hub values.
